Our story
We are the Wild Souls.
One mom. Five kids. A whole lot of trail mix and dirt under our fingernails.
How it started
We chose the road less traveled.
I'm a single mom to five incredible kids — ages 11 through 16 — and somewhere between the chaos and the quiet, I made a decision: we were going to live fully. Not perfectly. Not quietly. Fully.
Through the years I have learned more about my own soul journey and Sol Mama and the Wild Souls was born throughout that discovery. It's our family scrapbook, our adventure log, and our love letter to intentional living. We hike, we garden, we road trip, we get lost, and we find our way back — together.
My kids are my greatest teachers. They've shown me that the best moments don't happen on a schedule. They happen when you say yes to the detour, yes to the muddy trail, yes to one more hour at the lake.
